I stumbled upon this article about the "Lazyman Triathlon" done by a fitness center. http://triathlon.competitor.com/2011/02/news/lazyman-tri-gives-athletes-one-month-to-complete-iron-distance_21684
It got me to thinking this concept could easily be adapted to some challenges within our club. For instance:
* as an off season challenge every month or every other month through the winter/off season.
* as a monthly challenge through the summer months
* as a way of accumulating particpation points at our summer Tuesday Tri-Outs
I'm sure there are other options. Anyone else feel like this might be fun or encouraging? I'd be willing to keep stats. Let me know what you think!!
